01 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," or "You") and beypk ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at beypk.cam. beypk is operated under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on beypk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any future amendments. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

This Agreement is to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form integral parts of the overall terms governing your use of beypk.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the beypk platform. This requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with PAGCOR mandates. beypk reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID) to verify age and identity at any time.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The beypk Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines, including but not limited to Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and other regions across the archipelago. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction. beypk makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations.

2.3 Registration Requirements

• Each Player may only register one (1) account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately, and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact number.
• You are prohibited from registering on behalf of another person or using fictitious information.
• beypk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks at any time, including requests for proof of address, source of funds, or income.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other credentials associated with your beypk account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been performed by you personally.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to keep all personal information registered on your account current and accurate. Any changes to your name, contact details, or banking information must be submitted to beypk support for verification before they take effect.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is deemed inactive if there has been no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. beypk reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to inactive accounts, up to a maximum of the remaining account balance. Players will be notified via email prior to any fees being applied.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting beypk customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure, subject to all applicable verification requirements having been fulfilled, will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

beypk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Subject to applicable payment method limits and individual account tier restrictions.
• beypk does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts not registered under the Player's name.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are only available once the Player's account has been fully verified (KYC completed).
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements from bonuses are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully met.
• beypk aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification and payment method processing times.
• beypk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency & Fees

beypk does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees. beypk is not liable for any such fees charged by external payment processors.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by beypk are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, bonus validity periods, eligible games, and game contribution rates are detailed in each individual promotion's terms.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

beypk reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings if it suspects or determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, collusive play, or any other behavior intended to exploit promotional offers. beypk's decision in such matters is final.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the beypk Platform, including slots, live casino, bingo, crash games (Monster Crash, Queen of Bounty), and sports betting, operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or provably fair systems audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. beypk ensures that all game outcomes are fair, random, and not manipulated.

6.2 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and may not be cancelled or altered by the Player. In the event of a technical error occurring after a bet has been placed, beypk's system logs shall be the authoritative record of the transaction.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game or system malfunction, beypk reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the corresponding wager amounts to Players' accounts. beypk shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from a malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on beypk cover events including PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, and other sporting events. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. All sports betting activity is governed by beypk's Sportsbook Rules, which are available within the relevant section of the Platform.

07 Responsible Gaming

beypk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling in the Philippines. In compliance with PAGCOR guidelines, we provide the following tools and measures:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts and automatic logouts after a defined period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from all beypk services by contacting our support team.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic notifications reminding Players of their session duration and net win/loss position.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the beypk Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or unauthorized use of payment methods.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or scripting tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform's systems or data.
• Abusing beypk's promotions or exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the beypk Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of beypk or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of beypk's intellectual property without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, beypk, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

beypk's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their beypk account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

beypk does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform, and accepts no liability for any downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.

11 Suspension & Termination

beypk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's account — without prior notice where circumstances warrant — in any of the following situations:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete required identity verification (KYC) procedures within a specified timeframe.
• Violation of PAGCOR regulations or any applicable Philippine law.
• Reasonable belief that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Upon termination for cause, beypk reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

12.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the beypk Platform, the Player must first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. beypk will endeavor to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner. Players are encouraged to provide full details of the dispute, including relevant transaction IDs, dates, and supporting evidence.

If a dispute is not resolved at the customer support level, it may be escalated to beypk's management team. beypk's decision following a management review shall be considered final and binding, except where the Player elects to exercise rights available under applicable Philippine law.

12.2 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the beypk Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

13 Amendments to These Terms

beypk reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, beypk will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless circumstances require immediate implementation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates.
